Northwest PARC

NW PARC is the Northwest Regional Chapter of Partners in Amphibian and Reptile Conservation. Our region covers eight U.S. states and three Canadian provinces and territories.


We are excited to invite you to the 2025 WATWSSNVB and NW PARC joint meeting. This event will be held March 25-28, 2025 at Tulalip Resort in Marysville, WA where the Snohomish River meets the tides of the Salish Sea.  

The Joint Meeting will include the latest advancements in wildlife habitat connectivity, waterfowl research and management, pollinator conservation, herpetofaunal diseases, turtle conservation and research, forest landscape management, updates on the status of imperiled species, and more! 


Call for 2025 Abstracts, Posters and Presentations

2025 Joint Meeting: Ecosystem Resilience - Science in Action

Meeting Dates: Monday, March 24 – Friday, March 28, 2025

Meeting Location: Tulalip Resort, Tulalip, Washington

The Washington Chapter of The Wildlife Society, the Society for Northwestern Vertebrate Biology, and Northwest Partners in Amphibian and Reptile Conservation invite you to submit abstracts for presentations and posters for our 2025 Joint Annual Meeting. This meeting will promote the sharing of information about new approaches to wildlife research, conservation, and communications. All topics in wildlife, vertebrate biology, habitat management, conservation, and application of research findings are welcome. Preliminary session topics include:

  • Imperiled species science and monitoring techniques

  • Collaborative land conservation and management

  • Conservation canines

  • Waterfowl research and management

  • Wildlife and habitat responses to natural disturbance events

  • Wildlife habitat connectivity

  • Herpetofaunal diseases

  • Restoration monitoring and effectiveness

  • Salish Sea
